קוֹנֶה

קוֹנֶהm. (b. h.; קָנָה) 1) purchaser, v. קָנָה. 2) owner, master; the Lord. Num. R. s. 4 end כעבד לפני קוֹנוֹ like a slave before his master. Midr. Till. to Ps. 22 כבוד קוֹנִי my Masters honor. Snh.81b bot. לו ולקו̇נו̇ ולמקנו (a curse) on him (euphem. for thee), thy Owner, and him that gave thee possession, v. קַיְינָא; a. e.(Esth. R. introd. מנין של ק׳, read: ד״א ואין קונה.Tosef.B.
